Appearance
Also known as the Golden Rainbow Trout. Brilliant golden-yellow to orange body color with a characteristic pinkish-red lateral stripe. Unlike standard rainbow trout, they lack dark spotting on the body and fins.

Typically stocked at 14-22 inches, but can exceed 30 inches in the wild.

Identical to rainbow trout; prefers clear, cold, well-oxygenated streams, rivers, and lakes. Often found in deeper pools or near cover.
